This traditional group of houses is comprised of a main building with two bedrooms, three traditional trulli hosues and a lammia house all with the rich characteristics typical of the area's buildings. Inside these wonderfully traditional buildings, you will find all modern comforts and high quality furnishings to make your holiday in Puglia one to remember.
Here you stay amidst four acres of olive grove, approx. twenty minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of Salento, Monticelli, Rosa Marina and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto with its glorious beaches, beautiful landscapes and untouched nature. You have a nice big pool all to yourselves that measures 18 x 6 metres with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture around the side for you all to relax together.
The surrounding nature is typically Mediterranean ... exactly what you were looking for from your southern getaway! The house itself is open on all sides with large windows and is a visual delight. From the outside, it seems like a white pearl in a green setting. Inside it is comfortable and has large bright spaces, and a dining area large enough to seat the whole family at meal times. The trulli houses and the lammia house have a total of four more bedrooms for couples seeking more privacy and independence.
Six bedroom Villa - sleeps 12 people
The villa measures 320 sqm in total, between the main house and the extensions. The main body of the house consists of a large living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, a professional kitchen with a fridge freezer, electric oven, 6 burner stove and dishwasher, a dining bathroom with shower and toilet, and two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (shower / bath, WC and hairdryer). The main house overlooks the pool, terrace and garden.
The three trulli, Carrubo, Melograno and Gelso, each have a private entrance, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath / shower, WC and hairdryer. It's the same for the lammia - a stone house that also has a bedroom and is called Jacaranda. Note that the ceilings of these ancient constructions are neither high nor smooth as they respect the original architecture. They are stone and arched or oblique, and they have small windows. Each room of the house is air conditioned, has heating, a TV and cabinets. Outside you will also have a barbeque, a laundry and a small cellar. The house is finally equipped with internet connection.
