Scogliera del Gabbiano is beautifully situated on the cliffs along the road between Santa Maria di Leuca and Novaglie, approx. 1.5 km from Santa Maria di Leuca's town centre. There are 27 apartments in total.
Narrow and steep paths go down to the sea, and along the cliffs there are small grottos, but no beach. The nearest beach is 1.8 km away and is accessible by transfer bus from the site (chargeable).

On site there is a pizzeria, restaurant, bar, one swimming pool for adults and one for children, sun terrace with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, mini golf, boccia and table tennis. On payment of a supplement you can use the hydromassage, fitness room, hire a boat and use the transfer bus to the beach.
There are different types of apartments scattered over the cliffs. All apartments have own terrace or garden, bathroom and kitchenette, as well as air conditioning.
