The house has two floors, is 200 square metres and consists of a ground floor and basement, where the rooms are kept cool during the summer. When you step into the house, you are greeted by the lovely living room with a fireplace, a dining table and a small kitchen, (perhaps the only surface that feels cramped in the house). There is also a porch furnished with a table with seating for twelve people and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the same floor there is also a small room with bunk beds. On the lower floor you will find a long corridor with three bedrooms all with double beds and a shared bathroom with a toilet and shower. If there would be a long queue for the bathroom, there is a to the pool. Welcome to Villa Fontanelle, perfect for your family with all its amenities and great space! You can add four beds for an extra fee, but be aware that the house is actually more suitable for eight people, but it works of course for twelve!
The villa is about 200 m² and is divided into two floors, the ground floor at the entrance and basement (the land is gently sloping). On the main floor, facing the garden and the car park is a living room with a fireplace and a dining table, a small room with bunk beds, a porch furnished with a large table, a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a small kitchen with a fridge / freezer, oven and a gas stove. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house has central air conditioning and a TV that does not receive the signal correctly. There is also a washing machine but no dishwasher.
