There is also a children's swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, a playground and parking. Agriresidence Ninea is located 2 km outside the town of Ricadi on a vantage point in the hills of Capo Vaticano. The view from here extends right out to Stromboli island and the other Aeolian islands, and on the clearest days even to northern Sicily and Capo Milazzo.
The 14 bungalows each house two apartments and they share and swimming pool (25 x 10m) with a terrace, another pool for children (10 x 4m), a reception, a bar, a restaurant, a playground and parking. There is wi-fi internet but it doesn't reach all apartments, however the signal is good at the bar! The apartments are located on the ground floor and have air conditioning which can be used at certain times, a safety deposit box, nice bedrooms with wrought iron beds, good kitchens with four burner stoves and private terraces.

Guests are allocated free use of a parasol and two deckchairs per apartment at the beach Baia d'Ercole just a few kilometres away. There is a also a restaurant and a bar at this beach. Agriresidence Ninea has its own vegetable garden where guests are invited to pick the lovely tomatoes, lettuce and other fruits and vegetables.
These are newly built apartments of a very good standard of approx. 60 m². They consist of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a dining table, a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Each bedroom has independent air conditioning. The living room has access to a private furnished and covered terrace.
