Villa Serena & Sirenetta are located near Capo Vaticano and have a fine view of the sea from the lovely terrace. On really clear days you can see the island of Stromboli and the other Aeolian islands in the distance.
The villa is divided into two apartments with a shared terrace. They are located just 350 metres from the nearest shops and 75 metres from the sea down some steps. The apartments are simply furnished but the kitchens have been recently renovated and are therefore equipped with a dishwasher. The villa can be rented by two families travelling together, where they each have their own apartment and share the large terrace. Parking is available at the villa.

Is a furnished apartment of approx. 80 m² with a newly renovated kitchen (2009). The entrance is via the large and lovely terrace. The apartment consists of a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a four-burner stove and a refrigerator (set just inside the door in the living room), a living room with a dining table, a sofa and a TV, two bedrooms with double bed and one single bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi is also available. You will find a barbeque, outdoor shower and garden furniture on the terrace.
