Villa Runcatini is located in the hills behind Ciminà, approx. 14 km from the coast and 3 km from Ciminà town with its shopping. From the house you can see the sea in the far distance, and the soft hills going down to the beaches along the Ionian Sea.
The house lies undisturbed on a small tarmac road with hardly any traffic. There is a large garden around the house, which has a furnished terrace, and a herb garden supplying herbs for cooking.
By arrangement meals can be taken at the nearby Agriturismo Runcatini, which is managed by the owners of the house. In their restaurant it is possible to try the fresh farm produce combined with delicious Calabrian dishes.

The house is split over two levels and has a homely atmosphere. All the bedrooms are spacious and nicely furnished and equipped with air conditioning.
- On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, big dining room with access to garden, living room with fireplace and access to the large terrace with sea views, family room with two beds, and bathroom with toilet and shower.
- On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with double bed, and bathroom with toilet and shower.
The villa is especially recommended for large families who want a quiet and undisturbed location.
