La Casa dei Limini is situated in the hills around Torre Ruggiero, 750 m above sea level. The Ionic Sea is 25 km away and it is 30 km to the Tyrrhenian Sea. The house is set in a 2,500 m² large garden and surrounded by dense beech and pinewoods.
The house is split over two floors and has its own heating system, washing machine, dishwasher and fireplace.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room with fireplace, stove with oven, dishwasher and two single sofa beds, living room (approx. 30 m²) with fireplace, sofa and armchairs, bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower and toilet plus washing machine.
On the first floor there is a small studio room with balcony, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed, bedroom with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower and toilet.
