Despite being in the centre and so close to the shops, restaurant, cafes etc, you can park here (for an extra fee) which is quite a rarity in the centre. There is some traffic noise due to it being a main road.
There are three apartments which have access to a shared terrace via a spiral staircase. The terrace is furnished with a tables and chairs and from there you can enjoy the view over the rooftops and the sea in the distance.

The apartments are located on the ground floor and can seem a bit dark. However due to the sometimes sweltering heat in the south, they have been designed to keep the heat out and maintain a comfortable temperature inside. However, you have the warm sunny terrace upstairs. There is an entrance to the courtyard from the street and two of the apartments have a balcony over the street.
The decor is quite classic; with terracotta floors and some interesting features in wood and stone. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.
Topazio is a 1 bedroom apartment with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and a separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower and hairdryer. Despite its location in the ground floor apartment has a balcony over the street below.
Smeraldo is a 1 bedroom apartment with four beds. It consists of a living room with two sofa chairs that can be converted into two single beds, a double bedroom and separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer.
Zaffiro is a 1 bedroom apartment with four beds. It consists of a living room with two sofa chairs that can be converted into two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and access to the elongated balcony with sea views, separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer.
