Hotel Parco is a great little hotel with just 7 rooms, located in one of Amalfi's oldest and most well-preserved palaces, just a stone's throw from the famous cathedral and approx. 100 metres from the sea.
From the main street in Amalfi centre, you walk up a narrow staircase on the right just after the cathedral, and you arrive at a small green courtyard which is shared by Hotel Floridiana and several neighbouring properties. The hotel reception is similar to most others, but when you open the door to the hotel's large hall you will be rendered speechless and realise that this is one of the most beautiful palaces in the town.

The palace dates from the 12th Century and was originally owned by the city of Pisa. The grandeur of the main hall has been preserved beautifully, with the exciting ceiling decorated with some impressive frescoes and features furnishings of distinctive antique heritage.
The rooms, all of which are designed differently, are scattered around the palace. Some have views of the little courtyard, whilst others face Amalfi's main street. They are nicely furnished with modern furniture and all have air conditioning, a mini-bar, telephone, internet, satellite TV, a safety deposit box, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and WC.
As an extraordinary service in central Amalfi, Hotel Parco offers free parking in a nearby garage.
