You will love Amalfi
L’Antico Convitto is located in the center of Amalfi close to the beach and a few steps from the Duomo. The town of Amalfi is actually quite small, but you can easily dwell away during your exploration of the narrow white alleys. Browsing in the shops for souvenirs and local products, including every variation on the famous lemon products. You can taste the Amalfitana specialties, such as the strong limoncello. There are plenty of nice bars where you sit down for a drink, eat some pastries and watch the world go by. A stroll along the sea front is another great relaxing walk. When you're tired of admiring Amalfi's charms, you can take a stroll up the valley through lemon groves and old paper mills. For people that like hikes, the steep mountainsides offer many challenging walks. Amalfi has a small beach, which tends to get very busy on summer and weekends. There are several places where you can hire beds, towels etc. and there is also a stretch of free beach. As Amalfi is a great attraction by itself, though we definitely suggest to rent a car for a day or so, or embark on an excursion to many of the great sights nearby. All within easy reach you can find Sorrento, Napels, Positano and of course Pompeii and the islands of Capri and Ischia. This area has so much to offer, that you could easily forget to relax and chill out at the beach area or on your sun bed at L ‘ Antico Convitto.

When you are not in search for luxury and can do with limited services and facilities, L’ Antico Concitto definitely is a place to consider. The friendly staff at reception is pleased to help you out with any of your questions. The guesthouse serves as a good basis for exploring the area. When you come back you can just enjoy your sunbed on the roof terrace. The morning starts well will a good breakfast that can be enjoyed on the outside terrace in season. Each room or apartment has WiFi internet facilities available free of charge. Parking on site is not possible but close by is possible for a fee.
