Casa del Sole is located in the hills by the ancient town of Velia along the Cilento coast. Casa del Sole is a semi-detached house with one part rented out to tourists. The house enjoys a quiet position 10 minutes drive (5 km) from the coast and the nearest shops.
The well-furnished house measures approx. 140 m² and is split over three floors:
- On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room with terracotta floor and access to a loggia and garden.
- On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom.
- In the attic there is a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom.

The part of the house that is rented out faces the coast, and there is a magnificent view over the sea and the mountains of Cilento from most of the rooms and from the splendid loggia.
