The farm's location in the beautiful countryside, just 2 kilometres from the beach and the charming town of Casul Velinos means that you have the best of both worlds. You can mix and match pool days with beach days and day trips to the town and other wonderful places in this very scenic area.
Use the spectacular pool
One of the more popular features on the farm is the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace, where you can swim and enjoy the sun without having to go down to the beach. The pool is equipped with steps leading down into the water, thus making it suitable for young children with parental guidance. By the pool there is also a small kiosk where you can buy soft drinks and snacks. Note that it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap in the pool.

Taste the home-grown produce in the restaurant
At the farm you will find goats, cows, horses, pigs, rabbits and chickens! Amongst the crops include olives, figs, corn, grains and vegetables and much of their home grown produce is featured in the excellent restaurant menu. If you choose to dine here, you can be sure to enjoy hearty and tasty dishes that have been a success with both the locals and guests for generations, and of course there is plenty of good local wine to wash it down with.

The hospitality and warmth that guests receive from the brothers Stefano and Angelo is second to none. The brothers work together on the farm and go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and to provide any information that you need about the area. That’s why guests return here again and again. Other than days at the pool and the beach, you will find that this area is brimming with opportunities for discovery. The beaches of Casal Velino are located less than 2 km from the farm. All guests can use the parking spaces.
Choose your room
The rooms are located in two separate buildings, both of which have advantages and disadvantages. The swimming pool is located along the path between the two buildings, but closest to the annex :
- Azienda: is on the first floor of the courtyard with two large bedrooms with a double bed and a space for a third bed in each. Both rooms have a terrace with garden furniture and views of Velia Gulf. Here you stay in the same house as the owner family and the restaurant is just below on the ground floor.
- Dependance: is in the annexe (about 150 metres from the restaurant), there are eight rooms. On the ground floor are four large bedrooms, two with double beds and a space for two extra beds each and two with a double bed and space for an extra bed in each. Some rooms have a private terrace with garden furniture. On the first floor are two large bedrooms with a double bed and a space for two additional beds in each. Both rooms have a private terrace with garden furniture and views of the sea and countryside. The last room on the first floor has a double bed and a single bed facing towards the road.
All rooms have a bathroom with a shower, toilet, a hairdryer and air conditioning.
