The farm produces a wide range of agricultural products and you will dine well in the cosy restaurant just 150 metres from the house. The view is really impressive from the swimming pool with a sun terrace!
A great location
The farm has two well-appointed houses in a great location just 2km from the fine sandy beach of Marina di Casalvelino and the town centre. In the autumn of 2003, they built a nice swimming pool with a sun terrace, so that you can swim and enjoy the sun near the house without having to go down to the beach. The pool is equipped with steps leading down into the water and thus makes it suitable for young children with parental supervision. There is also a small kiosk at the pool where you can buy soft drinks and snacks, and of course there is plenty of space for guests to park for free at the farm. The beaches of Casal Velino are located about 2 km away, so if you feel like a dip in the sea instead of the pool, your wishes can come true after a short drive.

The apartments at Le Case di Zio Cristoforo
It is a small house located just off the building called Dependance (with rooms) and near to the swimming pool. The house has its own covered terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, a living room with a kitchenette with a four burner stove, an oven and a sofa bed for two people (best for children), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning. There is access to the terrace from both the living room and the bedroom.
House Casolare sits alone overlooking the pool from the terrace. The house consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a 4-ring gas hob and an oven and access to a terrace, a double bedroom and a terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning. There is a washing machine in the apartment.
The Attico apartment is situated in the main building on the top floor with a private terrace of 9 m². It contains an open space living room with acces to the terrace, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and extra single bed possible, double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a double bed and skylight window. bathroom with toilet and shower, another bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washroom next to the entrance, with a washing machine. Aircondition in the living room which is powerful enough to cool all the rooms, if you leave the doors open. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets/panels.
