Relais San Giacomo is located on the top floor of an ancient noble mansion at the corner of Maiori's pedestrian zone and beach promenade with shops, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.
The floor where the rooms are was renovated in 2009. The decoration is typical of the style commonly found on the Amalfi Coast, with wooden beams, antique furniture and lamps and others decorations to create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Note that check-in takes place at the Hotel Francesco, located 400m away.

The Relais offers five spacious rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a mini-bar and a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. Four of these rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea, either from the side or directly. The fifth bedroom has exposed beams and a window, but no balcony, with views from the window of the nearby church. Breakfast is not served on site but you can have it at The Hotel San Francesco or one of the many small bars nearby (which we recommend). Note that San Francesco has a private car park where you can book a place.
We stayed in the annex which belonged to San Francesco, which was placed 400 meters further down the street. There we were served a lovely breakfast buffet. We had a nice room with a small balcony, direct view towards the beach.
