This charming B & B is based in a historic building that was once the monastery Donna Regina Vecchia. Today, a family of artists have transformed the old monastery into a cosy bed and breakfast, perfectly located to spend time in this fascinating city.
B & B Regina has a spacious common living room which opens on to a balcony where there are several small round tables and chairs. Here you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with views of the sun setting behind the domes. The large living room is stylishly furnished with sofas and armchairs and lots of interesting art on the walls. A wide hallway leads to the cosy kitchen and the bedrooms. The lobby of the building might seem a bit dull but it does have the advantage of having a lift.

Each room has been individually furnished and decorated by Donna Gabriella, the owners artistic wife and you will appreciate the subtle attention to details. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. One of these rooms has a bathroom in the hallway, the room Badessa, which is so precious that the authorities did not permit the construction of a bathroom within the same room. All rooms except Badessa have an interior staircase either leading to a bathroom and/or other sleeping facilities. Two of the five rooms can accomodate 4 people. Note that it is forbidden to smoke!
If you wish, you can make a special request for the manager - Mimmo to prepare a special Neapolitan evening meal for you and your party. You will dine in true style in the antique atmospheric dining kitchen at the house. Mimmo is an excellent cook and a great wine connoisseur. We highly recommend that you try this experience.
There is a car park approx. 200 m from the house, which costs around 20 Euros a day.
