In addition to the 20 apartments that the resort has, there are 5 furnished rooms in the building above the front desk at the entrance to the property. The rooms are located under the roof of the second floor (attic). The road may be quite busy - especially during the peak Italian industry holiday - a day when the locals from the country flock to the beach in hoards!
The owner's family lives in the property, and as a result, everything is clean, very well maintained and nicely decorated. In the garden there is a pool with a wide terrace where guests can sunbathe. There is parking for all under the trees and palm trees in the garden. There is no restaurant on site, but it is only 1 km to Palinuro's centre where you will find a number of eateries and also where you also find the nearest beach.

The rooms are what most would call tourist class. The smallest of them all has space for only one guest and is approx. 12 m². The others are approx. 20 - 24 m². Although they are located in the attic, there are high ceilings. The windows are soundproofed, and they have air conditioning so if you keep the windows closed at night, there is considerable potential for undisturbed sleep. All rooms also come with a balcony, wi-fi internet connection, satellite television (including pay-TV), a mini-bar and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and hairdryer.
