A privileged position
Covo Dei Saraceni enjoys a real spectacular position along the center of Positano and directly on the sea at Spiagga Grande. The view is just great and actually there is no need to leave the hotel as all services are present. Though if you wish to go to the beach you have private beach service in front. The town of Positano is one of the 3 UNESCO listed towns that form the main of Amalf coast.

Covo dei Saraceni is one of those hotels you wish to stay in. From the swimming pool deck you can enjoy a lovely panorama over Positano and the sea. This is the place to read your book, have a nap or just have refreshment from the pool bar while you are looking down on the beach. There are 2 swimming pools including an infinity pool and temperatures are adjusted to the outside temperature to make sure a splash in the pool offers refreshment. Your comfortable sunbed and umbrella are waiting for you. For lunch you can just stand up and walk 25 meters where you can find a refined pool deck restaurant serving you lovely traditional and regionial dishes. When it turns dark slowly this is also the place to have diner together after you have enjoyed the sun downer from the terrace. In case you prefer a quick bite or pizza, down stairs you find the Brasserie with the terrace nearly on the beach. In case you are interested in the regional cuisine, you might want to check out cooking classes, as these can be organized at Covo dei Saraceni. Other activities include tennis, fitness, walking, scuba diving and horseback riding and guided tours on foot or by car. WiFi connection is facilitated throughout the hotel and free of charge. If you come by car to Positano, do note there is no parking available directly on site.
From Covo Dei Saraceni it is a short walk to the town center where you find little shops, a church and at that main beach you can relax in the sun, or catch a ferry to Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento and other spots. There is only one larger road crossing Positano and the rest of the town is pedestrianized. Do take note that if you think about coming to Positano you should not have difficulties in walking, as the town is built on the steep slopes of the mountain and all the little picturesque streets are connected with steep stairs. The atmosphere is cozy, with all those little steep and hilly streets, the liveliness in season, we are quite sure you will like it. Positano features a great central location if you like to explore the coast around you. You can rent a scooter, a car or take a tour. The following destinations are within easy reach from Positano: Pompeii, Napels, Sorrento, Amalfi, the islands of Capri and Ischia and of course the Vesuvius is a must. When you are an active person and up for a spectacular hike, have a go for the Path of the Gods. It is a stunning walk into natural beauty and the trail digs deep into the marvels of the Amalfi Coast and you can witness one of the most striking panorama’s of Italy. If you like to take it on, you can even embark on an organized tour with Covo Dei Saraceni’s house boat.

Serene and bright rooms
Covo Dei Saraceni features a total of 66 spacious and very comfortable rooms. Different room types are available and all rooms come with balcony or terrace. Futhermore they are at least equipped with: air conditioner, sat TV, free WiFI, minibar, safe, writing desk and bathroom decorated with vietri tiles coming with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Some superior room types come with large bathrooms and a veranda with whirlpool.
