Antico Seggio is located in a great position on the steep hillside. The house has a large furnished terrace where you can easily enjoy your meals and simply surrender to the stunning views. The beach is only 5 minute drive away.
There is also a private garage (for a fee and a bus stop within walking distance. There are regular bus services between Praiano and Positano, where you can board the ferry to Capri, Naples and Amalfi. It is strongly recommended to use public transport as it is expensive and difficult to park in the coastal towns. Just 10 minutes walk from the house you will find many bars, restaurants and shops.

- The house is spacious with terracotta floors and high ceilings. At the entrance you enter a large L-shaped dining / living room with double French doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is small but good and functional. There is a stove with an oven and fridge / freezer. On the back of the house is the master bedroom which has French doors leading out to a small balcony overlooking the road. The room has a private bathroom with shower. From the dining area a door leads into a small double room with sloping ceilings and a bathroom with washing machine. There are also TV (only Italian channel, air conditioning / heating as charged according to use.
