There are nine apartments in total, but we have selected five of the best apartments on the complex for our customers. Following the musical theme, they are all named after famous composers.
Ravello is the centre of classical music on the Amalfi Coast and is a venue for regular concerts all year round. Many of these concerts take place in Villa Rufolo which conveniently is one of the nearest neighbours of Villa Casale, so in the summer when concerts take place outdoors, you can count on free entertainment!

Villa Casale is just approx. 100 metres from the cathedral square, but despite this very central location, there is an abundance of peace and quiet. The large garden has a terrace which is connected by steps, and therefore not suitable for the disabled.
The apartments are scattered around the garden and each apartment has a furnished garden/terrace. The apartments are nicely but simply decorated, and each has its own individual character. Some apartments are located in separate buildings, while others are located in the large villa which is at the centre of the complex. The elderly lady who owns it all also has an apartment in the villa which she uses during the summer season. For a fee you can use a common washing machine.
There are shopping facilities in the form of a small grocers and a greengrocers in the centre of Ravello. There is a supermarket on the way to Amalfi, or in the neighbouring town of Scala. You cannot drive all the way to the apartments, but instead must take a trip on foot once you have found a parking space in the large car park just below the cathedral square, or in the carpark under the Auditorium for a fee, or alternatively, there are free spaces around the city's roads if you are patient enough to drive around and look. Because of the parking situation, a luggage transportation service is available from the car park to the hotel and can be booked in advance.
Wonderful place - that goes for both the apartment, the outdoor area around it and not least the town of Ravello. We will surely return.
Amazing may not be enough to describe our stay in Ravello at Villa Casale. Peace, quietness. beautiful surroundings, good food and the opportunity for challenging hiking-tours. The holiday was totally like we expected. The service from In-italia was more that we could ever have asked for - super and good information about how to get there!
Lovely place, even though our apartment was a bit worn down. But it's fine since you wont be spending the most of your time there anyway. The place itself was perfectly located in the town, but yet still secluded enough so you couldn't hear the noise from the street. If I had to mention anything bad, it would have to be the daily walks in 38 degrees to pay the 10 euro for the parking of our car in the garage each day. It should've been dealt with one time in my opinion.
I am not a fan of hard beds, and these were a tab bit too hard for me.
