We do not think Hotel Eden derived it’s name from the garden of Eden. Although it is a lovely garden, it’s rather small for this and we could (fortunately) not detect any naked people nor snakes. We can state the hotel offers a small type of its own garden of Eden full with flowers. And it does look very appealing and even complemented with a small swimming pool area with pool deck covered by trees. Also around here you find the lounge bar (outdoors) and the terrace where you can enjoy the morning glory with a tempting cappuccino.
Hotel Eden is surrounded by the very lively centre of Sorrento. It is only 2 minutes walking to Piazza Tasso and a 3 minutes walk to the Marina picola. Around you find plenty of trattorias, wine bars and shops. If you don’t feel like eating in the hotel’s restaurant /pizzeria serving Italian dishes, you can always decide to eat out.
Thanks to it central location, hotel Eden is a perfect starting point for activities around and of course day excursions to the surrounding sites.

The hotel is relatively small with only 60 rooms, offering an intimate atmosphere. From the higher located rooms you have a great view on the gulf of Napels, the Vesuvius and on a clear day the islands of Ischia and Capri. All the areas in the hotel have been furnished in a taste full Mediterranean style as well as the rooms. The rooms are bright and comfortable. The family rooms and the French balcony rooms have the view on the park or on the Gulf of Napels. The family rooms are ideal for families as you can imagine, and share 2 separate rooms with a shared bathroom. The standard rooms at the back do not have a balcony and don’t have the view on the Gulf of Napels. Wifi is available in the public areas for an added charge.
