Residence Villa Teresa consists of five villas, each of which contain several apartments, surrounded by a garden of 10,000 m². The surroundings are quiet, the view is remarkable.
Since the nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away, it is easy enough to get here without a car. At around the same distance away from the complex, you can find a butchers and a small supermarket, and the nearest beach is just 1km away. There is a lovely swimming pool with a children's section and a terrace with countryside and sea views. Sun beds and umbrella's are available for a fee.

The apartments are all individually decorated. They all have either a private terrace or a garden with table and chairs.
Studio apartment - sleeps 2/3:
- The studio apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette (2 burner stove and a fridge) and a sleeping area with a double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower and a terrace or garden with a table and chairs.
1 bedroom apartment - sleeps 2/4:
- These apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a single bed or bunk bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and shower and a terrace or garden with table and chairs.
1 bedroom Superior apartment - sleeps 2/5:
- This apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and two beds as sofa beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a terrace or garden with table and chairs. The fifth bed can be added in either the living room or bedroom.
2 bedroom apartment - sleeps 4/6:
- These apartments consist of a kitchen, a living room with two beds as sofa beds, two bedrooms with double beds or two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower and access to a wide terrace with table and chairs.
