Hotel Don Pedro is actually at walking distance from the arrival port. You only need to get over a steep 800 meters climb prior to arriving here. If you have your car, you can park it at Don Pedro, otherwise just take a taxi or bus. The advantage of the way up is the view. Enchanting views over the bay of Naples and the port are part of the fun you booked. The location is excellent as it is only 1 kilometer to the center of town with its shops, bars and restaurants. The beach can be reached by a long stairs down or you can walk along the road.
Life at Ischia is slow and easy to overview. The main share of the visitors are coming to Ischia for its beaches, sea and the legendary healing processes due to its thermal springs. Around the Volcanic landscape of the island you can find natural springs and steaming geysers, also on several beaches.
The green hilly landscape, where also Hotel Don Pedro is located in, offers an attractive setting. Driving around the island by bus or car, is a good way to explore the island and we are sure you will find plenty of slow and fairly authentic fishing villages to pass by and have a drink. Or check one of the local restaurants where you might find Ischia’s famous delicacy called “braised rabbit”. The other large attraction is the beaches. At the island you find about 28 kilometer of golden sandy beaches with lovely views over oak and beech woods.

The hillside position is of course a privilege. You can just drop down at the pool side or on the terrace and take your book, enjoy tranquility, enjoy the view and the warm service. We are quite sure that if you like a bit of tradition, you will be pleased here at Don Pedro. Except for the view, the swimming pool is also equipped with a whirlpool and for the colder days there is even a sauna inside. The terrace forms the décor for a aperitif or light lunch and the inside restaurant facilitates dishes from both the national and the regional cuisine. Staying here on half board is possible.
