Welcome to your dream holiday in the south. Here you stay close enough to the sea, with great views from the villa apartments, but set back a bit with a country feel. It's good to know that you can dine in the nearest restaurant just 500 metres away, and will be in walking distance to the sea.
Relax on your private terrace
all the five villa apartments have a private terrace, no matter what floor they are on, first, second or third. So you can sit back and enjoy your own space and views. The villa was recently refurbished into these five apartments and one extra for the caretaker so everything is in good shape.

Swim on the rooftop
At the top level on the rooftop you will find the lovely pool (9 x 5 metres and 160 cm deep) with sun loungers and parasols, two bathrooms and a shared laundry. The villa has a garden on several levels of about 1000 m² and a private car park which can accommodate up to 12 cars.
Walk through the pine forest to the restaurant
A few hundred metres from Villa Rosalia is the beautiful pine grove Pineta di Fiaiano where there is a playground for children and a restaurant. The island's picturesque harbour, Ischia Porto, is just 1700 meters away, and in between 1.5 and 2.5 km you will find several beaches.
