This well maintained country house is located between Bologna (about 30 km) and Florence (about 80 km), so that they both can be easily visited on day trips. The towns are linked to the A1 motorway and you can get to and from the airport in Bologna in a good half hour. Beside Agriturismo Lodole is the 18-hole golf course Golf Club Molino del Pero, where you will receive a 10% discount as a guest here. The nearest town is Monzuno, about 2½ km away and otherwise Loiano is around 6 km.

During the cooler months, you can cosy up in the common lounge with a fireplace and a good atmosphere with its wooden beams and stylish furniture. The room has a large flat-screen TV and is the best place for Wi-Fi coverage. Take the stairway from this room to the landing where you can enjoy some of landlady Alice's many homemade specialties at breakfast time, or you can take breakfast out on the terrace, weather permitting. There are refrigerators in all rooms, but if you have a family with specific needs, you can by arrangement use the kitchen. You may come across Alice's sweet cat in public areas.
The garden is beautiful and well kept. One would almost think that it was used as a backdrop for gardening books. The colours and scents are very beautiful and fragrant. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a green panoramic views of the area's hills and mountains which can be enjoyed from the set sun loungers.

Wonderfully fresh and fine, calm, remote place. Fantastic breakfast with homemade pies and local groceries. Helpful hostess, homely atmosphere. The place has a spa and massage. The golf course is right next to it. Magnificent view.
