If you choose to stay at Residence Novalba, you will be in a property that is largely populated by locals in a quiet setting at Via Tasso in Riccione. It is approx. 300 metres to the beach where there is a reserved umbrella and two deck chairs for your use during peak season. Also, you have free access to the Beach Village and its pool in the northern part of the town along Viale d'Annunzio.
Only three of the apartments in the complex are rented out on a weekly basis, and a few are just used as a summer residence. The apartments have their own private parking lot so you don't have to worry about fighting for a parking space in the busy months. There is also a lift. All three apartments are spacious and have a balcony and a TV.
