Villa Lidia is one of the characteristic villas dating from the beginning of the 1900's that made Riccione famous as a tourist destination. This beautiful and cosy house is only approx. 150 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the pedestrian area Viale Ceccarini.

Relax in the pool & Jacuzzi

The villa is surrounded by mature trees and has a small heated pool where you can swim and also take a jacuzzi. There is also a private car park approx. 150 m away and the option to hire bikes by the day. During high season there is reception on site.

Rooms with balconies

The facade and architectural features are well preserved, but the villa is has been restored and divided into 12 well-functioning homes. Although they are simply furnished, they all have satellite television, air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a video intercom, a balcony or garden with a table and chairs.

Overcrowded resort - mostly Italians

Resort, where the beach is the main attraction. You need to pay for the sunbeds at the beach. There is a 'local' beach outside the city, where its free, but no sun-beds. The pool covers the whole front yard and its closed in the middle of the day and closes around 7 P.M
