The hotel has pleasant pastel-coloured decoration with some nice touches and is reminiscent of early 1900 residences.
Just a short stroll from the hotel will take you to the beach opposite the hotel where you can spend days in the shade or the sun, in the sea and relaxing on a sun lounger. Rimini is more than just the beach though, it is a lively town with many restaurants, bars, cafes and much entertainment.
Start the day with a dip in the outdoor pool or in the sea from the beach opposite the hotel (the water in the small outdoor pool is heated to 34 degrees in the colder months). You will find more water (or steam) in the wellness centre where between the hours of 9:00 to 21:30 you can choose between a sauna, Turkish bath, salt chamber, and a small pool with massage jets for the neck and back muscles. Access to the wellness centre is for an extra fee and only adults and over 16 years olds are allowed entry. You can even book a slot in the fitness room.
For breakfast you will find a rich buffet where you can do it a la Italian style with mouthfuls of cakes, croissants and other sweets that you can dip into your cappuccino, or eat the more common breakfast items from back home such as bread, cheese, cold meats, eggs, juice, yogurt, cereal, etc.
The rooms are comfortable, and all have air conditioning so you can close the windows and control the temperature of your room. You are staying in the middle of town so be aware that it is not a silent place. In the rooms, you also have a mini-bar, Wi-Fi, TV and a private bathroom.
It's easy to get to Rimini by public transport. From Bologna airport by train it takes between 1 to 2 hours. If you arrive by car, remember that the hotel is centrally located and parking is difficult in the summer. You can ask the hotel about paid parking for an additional fee but the spaces are narrow so are suitable for regular cars only. This is a hotel for couples without children - despite the fact that there are also suites where a family can stay. Here you stay so centrally that you find everything just a short distance away. Bologna is also a great place for shopping so maybe stop off on your way to the airport.

The hotel room was big and newly renovated with a big balcony.
Lovely staff, which offered us refreshments from the bar, when we arrived.
During the stay we used their gym and wellness facilities, which we definitely recommend.
