Residence Villa Azzurra is a relatively new apartment complex situated between Rimini and Rivazzurra by Fabilandia approx. 150 m from the sea.
By the apartments there is a 24 hour reception, communal lounge, garden with playground, launderette, elevator and garage (approx. 26 euros supplement). The price also includes private changing room on the beach, a Sunday drink, use of tennis court in the Rivazzurra Sports Centre, bicycles (as long as stock remains), baby club (from 15 July till 15 August). Guests of Villa Azzurra are also entitled to special discounts at some local restaurants, and when buying excursions on site. Sun umbrella and sun loungers on the beach are available at payment of a supplement on site.

All the apartments have telephone, colour TV, safe and balcony. Air conditioning is available but must be booked and costs extra.
