Residence Sottovento is located in the north of Rimini in the so-called Torre Pedrera district. It is located in a side street to the beach promenade with a really short distance to the fine beach.
In this town there are both shopping and restaurants, so you can "forget" about using the car if you don't wish to drive whilst on holiday. In the building there is both a garage, a breakfast room and a launderette, and a small but useful swimming Pool.

A calm place, which is a good starting point for the beach. Nice beach with very nice facilities. Seems, that there's mainly locals in the area. Misunderstanding regarding booking of parking, but we got parking and shouldn't pay. Need a car to get to reasonable priced shopping facilities. Probably not the last time we are on vacation in the area.
