Both the islands of Sardinia and Sicily as well in the southern regions of Calabria and Apulia, we offer beautiful villas in exotic surroundings. We have villas in various sizes to suit each company. In Apulia, you might want to stay in a private trullo-villa with pool, while we in Sicily we have magnificent houses and villas with beautiful sea views, at the town of Cefalù and the nature reserve Lo Zingaro.

Villa Ginestra is located in Sicily and offers the rare combination of stunning views, pool and a superb location only 150 meters from the beach, where you can enjoy the crystal clear sea water.
The villa is 100 m² in size, and can accommodate 4 people. Outdoors the villa is facilitated with two furnished terraces including a barbecue area, overlooking the sea. At the small pool, you find the sun beds and the umbrellas that you definitely will need in summer. The cozy town of Scopello is just 1 km from the villa, and can therefore be reached on foot. Regardless of where you choose to enjoy the sun and the light wind breeze, the location gives you breathtaking views of the azure Mediterranean.

Villa Santa Croce is located in a lovely environment, just outside the city of Santa Croce Camerina. The nearest restaurant is about 150 meters from the villa. Inside the town you will find shops and several restaurants. It is about 5 km from the villa down to the beach at Punta Secca, where you will find some bars and cafes:
The villa was originally a small country house with a barn that was used still until the early 70s. Then it was a deserted place and grounds were overgrown with shrubs. In 2005-2006, the house was completely made over again and renovated it until the last details. Replacing the roof and facilitating it with every little comfort. As last but not least they installed the air conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has the finest views of the valley and the sea.
Villa Verde is without doubt one of the best and most modern villas we have in the program. Not just in Sardinia but throughout the whole of Italy. Everything from the decor to the outdoor facilities are of the finest quality. The only thing actually missing is the sea, as the villa is located at the foot of a mountain. it is, however, not longer than 200 meters to the beach and the sea.
Inside the villa, the owner has seen the importance of the smallest details where it has sustained the house's original charm. The villa is equipped with all the necessary comfort and more; there are several flat-screen TVs, high quality furnishings and a stunning decor.
