Appartamenti Fiore is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, only about 150 metres from the water right in the centre of Lignano the end of the mile-long pedestrian street.
Immediate area
The apartments are located over a large store room which is used by a clothing store (2014). The nearest neighbour is one of the better authentic restaurants in the area where you can enjoy both pizza and classic Italian cuisine.
Pool with jacuzzi feature in the city centre
From the summer of 2016 there is also a sun decked pool area by Appartamenti Fiore. It is located approximately 20 steps above street level, and acces is possible only coming up the stairs. Pool measures are 7x3x1.20m (depth). It features three jacuzzi areas and a small waterfall very suitable for neck massages.

The apartments
The apartments are located from the first floor upwards. They have a modern deco and come with Wi-Fi internet connection, satellite TV, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a dishwasher, coffee maker, a safety deposit box, an elevator and parking. The car park is located just behind the building, or around 200 metres away.
NB. In 2014, the land to the rear was part of a constructions site which is now dormant and therefore there is no working noise generated from the site.
