The small apartment complex was completed in 2012 and comprises 10 apartments built with ecological principles in mind, but combined with contemporary technology. The location is very central in Lignano Sabbiadoro and you will find the beach in just 50 metres, with the lively pedestrian street close enough to view from the terraces.
Organic apartments
They are all finely furnished and come with satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box, a kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher, a large fridge and electric coffee maker, electric shutters and a bathroom with hairdryer. Each apartment has a washing machine and 2 parking spaces around 100 metres from the building. There is also a lift in the building.

The apartment is on the top floor and has access to a terrace overlooking the sea where there are garden table and chairs. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (best for children under 12 years), three bedrooms with two beds each (either twin or double bed) and two bathrooms with a toilet and shower.
The apartment is well equipped. Modern and bright. The kitchen has everything you need for 8 persons. There is a large refrigerator and a washing machine both work perfectly.
We were also happy with the beach. You can also rent umbrellas and sun loungers, but we did not use this as a few meters further down there is a free beach, where you can set up your own umbrellas.
In the evening it is a bit noisy on the streets, but it did not bother us much. Children slept deeply and firmly and we enjoyed the Life musik from balcony!
With the service we were very satisfied.
We plan to book this apartment again next year!
