Sky Residence is located in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro and since they are just 80 metres from the sea, there's plenty of opportunity to spend days on the beach.
As the property is from 2009, they are modern and have a lift and many comforts. They are furnished with care and have satellite TV, air conditioning and safety deposit boxes. Kitchen corners are equipped with a hob, a dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Furthermore, there is a washing machine. The bathrooms have a hairdryer. Finally, all have access to private furnished balcony and 1 parking space per apartment.

The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, each with three beds, a bathroom with a shower and a nice balcony.
As always good handling by the agent Intras. Beautiful, light and spacious appartment with a fantastic view over the ocean. The large main balcony and the two little side balconies convinced us. Across the street you go directly to the center of town or the sea. Playground next door. Super market and many restaurants near by. The bed needs to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything is top notch.
We went 5 people, my husband and I and my boys aged 14, 16 and 18. The appartment was spacious; two large rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen with eating area. Three balconies; however, we only used one, as chairs and table were here. It was wonderful sitting here, as the balcony was under shade most of the time, and it was quite hot during our vacation.
There was a nice washing machine in the appartment that we actually used a lot, when we had already been travelling for 10 days.
The beach is close, which is nice, but it is pretty crowded during the weekends, as all Italians go out there from the towns. If you want to rent a parasol and deck chairs during the weekends, you have to get up early; there is a long line by the rental shop. There are areas where you do not need to rent anything, but it is nice to bring chairs and / or beach mattresses. The sand was insanely hot! There is a super market close by, but there are others and slightly better a bit further away.
There are lots of places to eat out in Lignano; however, I think they are a bit too customized for foreign tourists.
Only a couple of negative things to say. We had expected more beds, or actually an extra room, as the description said 6/8 bedrooms. That was more than enough for us, but I think it is a bit too small for 8 people. Especially if all are adults or older children.
Wi-Fi for one device? I think it is hopelessly old fashioned, and here it should be possible to make quite a few improvements.
