Here you can enjoy a central location for a family holiday where the beach, shops and everything can be reached on foot. There are many choices for eating out and entertainment both on the beach and in the town especially during the summer months.
The apartments were newly renovated in 2012 - 2014 and are airy and spacious. They all have satellite TV, air conditioning. The kitchens have a fridge freezer, hob and an electric coffee maker. There is Wi-Fi in all apartments and all have a furnished balcony and parking.

These are brand new apartments, located on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with a toilet and shower. The apartment's strong point is access to broad furnished balcony overlooking the laguna and a table and chairs for eating outdoors. These apartments are equipped with air conditioning,
50 meters from sandy beach which is clean and well maintained. Shopping street with everything after one minute of walking. Free WLAN in the appartment, at the beach and in the restaurant. Parking right by the main entrance, aircondition included in the price. I will book this place again next year, I can only recommend Residenza Verde. Everything was very well kept.
We are regular visitors to Italy each year, which happens in our own car. We have mainly visited San Michele al Tagliamento, Lido Di Jesolo and Caorle.
We were late with our ordering this year because changes of occupation, we chose to try something new. We came across the town of Lignano by accident, luckily for us :). The town looks a lot like the others, but is a bit smaller than San Michele al Tagliamento, but with a lot cosier and intense mood. In-Italia delivered a fantastic service from the first request we made. We booked an apartment on the of the 3 top floors, which is totally new. Since there wasn't any pictures of the apartments, we asked In-Italia if they could help us. The next day we received pictures of the place, and we now requested the top apartment, and got it.
We arrived at the place where the keys were handed over, and despite the number of people, it went quickly and painlessly with sweet and kind service, as we know it in Italy.
The apartment was fantastic, brand new and super clean and nothing to complain about. Day 2 we got problems with our air condition, which was controlled via a touch screen. On the note we were given, there was a service number you could call or text. 1 hour after we wrote, we got an answer and the problem was fixed.
It was fantastic with 2 large terraces which were furnished with new plastic furniture of good quality and 100% view over the beach from on the terraces.
There was but 1 minute of walk to the beach and the same to the start of the pedestrian street., so it is a fantastic location when we talk about shopping or the beach. The only thing you could wish, which is probably too much to ask for, is a pool.
This is absolutely not the last time we will be there or book at In-Italia.
