These newly renovated apartments are on 5 floors and are situated on the seafront in the heart of Lignano, where you will find cafes, restaurants and shops and a long pedestrian street with something for both the young and old.
The apartments are nicely furnished and are spacious though the style is a bit dated. There is an elevator in the building and all apartments have good facilities including satellite TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee maker, and a balcony with a table and chairs. Each apartment has a garage space for one car.

It was a great vacation. Sun Beach has a large balcony with an amazing view, very clean and well maintained.
The hotel is located right by the water, and we had a lovely view of the ocean and the beach.
The hotel was of a nice standard, and nice and clean and with an elevator.
Since the hotel is located centrally, there's a lot of noise. There's a bar right across the street, which plays very loud music, the bar a bit up the street also had a discotheque outside, and then there were the entertainment at the beach. Got a bit stressed from all the noise at once, and not that lovely to sit on the big, lovely balcony, if you needed to relax. But all in all a great vacation, you just have to be prepared for some noise.
We spent a wonderful time in Lignano.
Our apartment was well furnished with modern furniture and with many appliances. It has large balcony with amaizing sea view, with furniture and drying rack for clothes. Access to the balcony is from both rooms. Sun shone on the balcony in the morning and then it was in the shade during the rest of the day. There are exterior shutters, but we did not need them. We had spectacular view of the Terrazza a Mare, which changes color of light after dark.
Beach was clean with many shells alongshore and with slow access to the sea.
There are narrower parking places with lots of columns in the basement of Sun beach. First it took a little longer until we parked our bigger car in our parking place, but then it was better, and it was good that the car was in the shade.
Animation program was every day on the beach No. 5 opposite the Sun beach.
Near Sun beach is the fountain, many shops, restaurants, cafes...
