Veneto, Torre delle Fate

Torre delle Fate is an exclusive villa, located midway between the vineyards in the beautiful countryside on the outskirts of the small town Refrontollo on the famous "Strada del Prosecco" about 60 km north of Venice. The place is originally an old castle, and is a house for 6 people and a tower for 2 people, rented together and a common garden and swimming pool. The reason that makes this unique villa unique, is the location at a total of approximately 6,600 m², which is completely at guests' disposal either for hiking or mountain biking.

The public road has little crowds, and runs just behind the villa. There is parking for 2-3 cars on the plot. The small town of Refrontolo is just about 500 m from the villa and here you will find the nearest shopping venues, just as there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Tuscany, Villa La Volpe

Villa La Volpe is situated in the beautiful hills of Lucca in an area of fancy palaces and magnificent villas from the 1500s. This old hunting lodge today has been lovely restored. The villa is located in a peaceful setting among olive trees and gentle slopes. Here you can hear the birds and a light breeze will keep you company during the entire holiday, as there are not many other sounds (except those coming from the small community Camigliano, located a few hundred meters from here).

The villa's garden extends over a hectare of land planted surrounded with olive trees, pomegranates, orange trees, oleander, hibiscus and petunias. Steps away from the villa, in the middle of a green lawn, you can find the villa's swimming pool (6 x 12 meters).

Tuscany Torre di Vignale

Although many rental houses in Tuscany are not exactly built yesterday and have seen generations coming and going, so there are very few that can boast such a long history as Torre di Vignale. What today is a pleasant villa, and was born in 1300 as a fortified tower. You can still see damaged parts als a result of the historic ammunition. The villa is largely decorated with antique furniture, which also contributes to the historic atmosphere. The owner, Paola, can organise dinner or lunch to guests, completely after traditional local recipes.

Up here in at 600 meters above sea level, it is rarely unbearably hot, even in mid-summer and the building's thick walls also isolates well. The forest that characterizes the landscape around the villa, is deep and invites for long walks under the oak and chestnut trees.

Lazio, Villa Mary

Villa Mary is located in a tranquil setting among lush and verdant hills covered with olive groves and vineyards.

At the house is a large garden with beautiful cypresses, olive trees and a lovely pergola covering the tables and chairs for cozy evenings by the grill. The garden has a beautiful swimming pool covering 12 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 meters. If you like tennis or football, you have the freedom to use the farm's sports court (can be used as a tennis court or a small soccer field), located on the other side of the little traveled road, ca. 200 meters from the villa.

Apulia, Trullo San Gerardo

Amidst from the beautiful landscape outside the town of Castellana Grotte, just 8 km from the sea and the beaches of Monopoli you will find the charming Trullo villa with private garden and pool. In the large and exotic garden with palm trees, cactus figs, olive and fruit trees, surrounding the villa. The stunning garden is complemented by the beautiful pool (10 x 5 meters), a parking and a furnished terrace, playground and barbecue. The nearest supermarket is only 500 meters from the villa.
For those who want a private and relaxing holiday combined with pleasant excursions, this is an excellent choice. In addition to the evocative coastal cities Monopoli and Polignano a Mare are close to Alberobello as well as Ostuni (8 km). Nearest train station is found in Monopoli (8 km) while the nearest airport is Bari or Brindisi (both about 60 km).

La Torre di Cesare in Amalfi

Torre di Cesare is an old Saracen tower dating back to the 1500s. It is located on the Amalfi Coast, ca. three kilometers from Maiori, on a rocky outcrop high above the sea. Property area extends from the panoramic coastal road and down to the sea.

On the way down you go through a beautiful and well-kept Mediterranean garden full of surprises - from the Jacuzzi, located on a terrace ledge midway between sky and sea, sauna hidden behind a rock, where you can see the Mediterranean Sea. There are several panoramic terraces with benches and ceramic tables and a heated indoor / outdoor pool with jacuzzi.

The buildings are equipped with air conditioning, heating, icemaker, barbecue, satellite TV, VCR, telephone, safe and mini fridge / bar in all rooms, computer with Internet access, fax, systems with CD player, a pool with jacuzzi and private access to the sea and private car park. Note that - despite the proximity to the sea - none of the bedrooms have direct sea views.

Sicily, La Collina dei Nebrodi

The view from La Collina dei Nebrodi is so beautiful and unique that it is worth the entire trip to Sicily! You stay in the midst of nature, without other neighbours except the guests on the spot, and if you are fascinated by nature's "noisy" silence, except for the sound of cow bells from the animals that frequently inhabit the area, then you have found a little paradise.

La Collina dei Nebrodi is located at a vantage point 650 meters above sea level and about 5 km from the charming town of San Marco d'Alunzio. The road leading there is narrow and steep, but it is paved and in good condition and the views along the way are absolutely priceless. The house was completed and renovated in 2007, after the owners had taken it as a ruin. There are a total of 7 rooms with 20 beds. The house is complemented by a well-equipped and professional kitchen, huge fireplace and even larger outdoor veranda overlooking the pool and ocean. You can choose, whether you like to prepare a meal for yourself or do you prefer to order the owner family to prepare the dinner. They serve traditional dishes which include antipasti, roast lamb and homemade macaroni with a ragout. The selection of wines is not large, but they are, are very decent and extremely reasonable in price.
