Villa Irene in Tuscany:

Bring a party of up to 24 people to spend glorious days together at Villa Irene in Tuscany. Here you will find a beautiful rural setting just 11 km from the waterfront and 1 km from the small town of Pomaia. The villa has a private swimming pool and its own tennis court. You can dine in the restaurant at the entrance to the villa and taste their well regarded dishes. On the ground floor there is a dining room and a living room but neither have space for 24 people to sit and dine together, however, there is plenty of space outdoors where you can enjoy dining and each other"s company together with the beautiful views.

Villa A Chiaraluna in Umbria:

Stay close to the shores of Lake Trasimeno in a very picturesque setting at Villa A Chiaraluna. Here you are on the border between Tuscany and Umbria just outside the enchanting and historic lakeside town of Castiglione del Lago. The villa has air conditioning, sleeps 18 people with a private bathroom for each bedroom. You can relax by the private pool (12 x 6 metres with 120 - 140 cm depth) and on the large terrace with sun loungers and parasols in an acre of garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which is a great rarity in villas of this type, and there is also wireless Internet access. If you do not want to cook yourselves, or go out to eat, it is also possible to book a chef to come and cook for you at the villa either with a fixed menu or according to your personal preferences.

Villa Giola in Tuscany:

Villa Giola is basically not one, but two buildings which offer space to sleep up to 18/20 people in the glorious Tuscan countryside: There is the old villa where the owners once lived, and the neighbouring building called Casa del Fattore where the caretaker used to live. You have a large garden around the buildings and a swimming pool of 14 x 7 metres (depth from 1.2 to 2.5 m) and a large paved terrace with a gazebo and barbeque. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a highchair and satellite television. There is space for a maximum of 20 people, but it should be noted that it will be difficult for more than 14 - 16 people to dine at the main table indoors, however, there are several tables where you can dine together outdoors.

Villa Santa Christina north of Rome:

This large beautiful house is located in the scenic hills between Lazio and Umbria and can sleep up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms. Or you can book either of the 2 apartments that comprise the whole villa to sleep up to 8 people. When you rent the whole place, you have of course the swimming pool to yourselves and also a tennis / football pitch at your disposal. In addition, the living room and the terrace of one villa is so big that you can all dine together here. You stay in Magliano Sabina, which is around an hour by car north of Rome and an hour by car south of Tuscany"s Crete Senesi (Montepulciano, Siena, Chiusi, etc.) and Lake Trasimeno.

La Torre di Cesare in Amalfi:

Hire yourselves something really special here at La Torre di Cesare on the Amalfi Coast in Campania, both in terms of location and the accommodation. This fascinating Saracen town dates from the 1500s and can sleep up to 18 people on four floors with the most impressive sea views. The house entrance sits on the coastal road approx. 3 km from Maiori and then extends down the front of the cliff face to the sea. Along the way there are panoramic terraces and beautiful Mediterranean gardens and you can even enjoy your own jacuzzi on one of the panoramic ledges. There is also a pool which can be an outdoor or heated indoor.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, an ice maker, a barbeque, satellite TV, VCR, telephone, a safety deposit box and a mini fridge / bar in all rooms, a computer with internet access, fax, stereo with a CD player, a pool with a Jacuzzi and private access to the sea and a private car park. Note that - despite the proximity to the sea - none of the bedrooms have direct ocean views.

Villa Kaukana in Sicily:

Head to the exotic south of Sicily to combine a beach and cultural holiday with a stay at Villa Kaukana. The golden sandy beach of Punta Secca is just 250 metres away and this area has many attractions such as the famous Baroque cities of Noto, Ragusa and Modica that make for a fascinating holiday.

The villa is basically divided into four self-contained apartments and can sleep up to 18 people. There is no indoor dining room where 18 can sit to eat together, but there is a huge covered terrace, which can seat at least twice as many people. There is a good sized enclosed pool in the garden and also an enclosed garden. A short walk will take you to the centre of Punta Secca where you will find a few restaurants and pizzerias and shops.
