You have a large garden around the buildings and a swimming pool of 14 x 7 metres (depth from 1.2 to 2.5 m) and a large paved terrace with a gazebo and barbeque. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a highchair and satellite television. There is space for a maximum of 20 people, but it should be noted that it will be difficult for more than 14 - 16 people to dine at the main table indoors, however, there are several tables where you can dine together outdoors.
This large beautiful house is located in the scenic hills between Lazio and Umbria and can sleep up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms. Or you can book either of the 2 apartments that comprise the whole villa to sleep up to 8 people. This fascinating Saracen town dates from the 1500s and can sleep up to 18 people on four floors with the most impressive sea views. The house entrance sits on the coastal road approx. 3 km from Maiori and then extends down the front of the cliff face to the sea. Along the way there are panoramic terraces and beautiful Mediterranean gardens and you can even enjoy your own jacuzzi on one of the panoramic ledges. There is also a pool which can be an outdoor or heated indoor.
