Residence Elianto is situated on the scenic coast in Tor Caldara approx. 3 km from Anzio town centre and approx. 1800 m from the railway station in Villa Claudia.
The residence has two large shared terraces with tables and chairs for guests to use (some apartments have a private terrace or balcony) and from here you have direct access to the beach which can be used for a fee. There are also some free beaches a few metres away. Nearby there are sports facilities with the opportunity to enjoy various activities such as tennis and football.

There is often music on the beach in the evenings during the high season. This may continue through the night and become annoying so we recommend that you use earplugs if you do not wish to join in the festivities!
At Residence Elianto there is a small bar and a meeting room. There is a coin-operated laundry approx. 1 km from the apartments. Furthermore, there is an elevator that goes from the top floor and down to the beach, and also a car park. All the apartments have air conditioning, television and microwave - half of them have a balcony.

Really beautiful place with a lovely beach out to the Mediterranean. The terrace with a ocean view is the icing on the cake. We had only reserved a one bedroom apartment, but got a one bedroom apartment with a terrace and view over the ocean. Many thanks to our hosts. It made a big difference. We travelled a bit outside the season, so the Anzio-region was quiet peaceful. There wasn't a lot happening around us. Ideal if you love going to the beach, but not a lot of attractions.
In combination with a city holiday in Rome, we chose 3 days at Residente Elianto. The apartments are nice and big, and especially the outdoor area is huge. There is good access to the beach, which lies just outside the door. The staff is helpful and some speak English.
The place is mainly visited by Italians. There is no problem with finding places to shop and eat. We can recommend this place.
