This beautiful Mediterranean villa is located in Anzio, a comfortable distance from the beach (about 2,2 km) and is especially well situated to enjoy day trips to Rome (about 50 kilometres or an hour by direct train).
Villa Verdi is a lovely pale yellow house with a lush garden with palm trees, flowers and a lawn where children can play freely. With four bedrooms, the villa is suitable for a total of eight people - and since one children's room has two bunk beds for four people, it is possible to sleep 10 people. You can also choose to hire Villa verdi for less people at a reduced rental rate and thus enjoy more space.

The villa's strengths, in addition to the short walk to the beach (both private and public beaches) and distance to cultural city of Rome (train station is approx. 2 km), are that it is well-maintained, and that it has a huge sun terrace of 40 m² and a lovely green garden. The villa is also on a quiet road which borders a field, so the noise is limited to the sound of the birds singing. Within a few minutes' walk from the villa, you will find a butchers, a supermarket, a bakery, bars, pizzerias and fruit traders. Furthermore, it is a short drive to a golf course, equestrian centre, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
The villa is owned by Danish people, which means that the interior and facilities are specifically "tailored" to Nordic guests, but of course does not exclude guests from anywhere else in the world who might also appreciate these qualities and features. This is particularly evident in the child-friendly garden of 1000 m² with a trampoline and a playground and a Weber gas grill.
The 250 m² villa has an entrance hall on the ground floor where there is also dining kitchen (fully equipped with new pots and pans), a room with a double bed and a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, two living rooms with a fireplace and wood stove. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath and three bedrooms (one room with a double bed, a children's room with two bunk beds for four people and a room with a double sofa bed), all with access to the terrace. There is also wireless internet, a washing machine, dishwasher and bicycles for rent.
