Local adventures
You will find much historic interest in the nearby town of Corchiano with its underground caves and evocative narrow alleyways. It also has several restaurants where you can taste local dishes and there are few shops selling local produce. You can take a short drive to the lush forests of the Cimini Mountains and the lakes of Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena and enjoy days of exploring, hiking and create memories to treasure forever. It is also about an hour away by bus or train from Rome (70 km). There is a train station in the town of Civita Castellana (approx. 12km) where you can park your car and jump on a train to Rome instead of battling with the traffic. You can even enjoy a day trip and a swim in the sea as it less than 60 km from the coast.

Your own swimming pool
The large garden has a great swimming pool which measures 6 x 12 metres, and there are sun loungers all around so you can relax on warm days after taking a dip. The house also has an outdoor covered terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco dining with a view of the pool.
The owners of the house live at one end of the house on the floor below, but they use a separate entrance. They keep themselves to themselves, so you have complete privacy, and should you need anything, they are on hand and always happy to give advice on places to visit etc. They have access to the pool.
The villa at Casa Grion
The house is located in a raised ground floor and has access via an outside staircase head (8 steps). The house is 200 m2 which is divided into a living room / dining room, a kitchen with an oven, a microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher and an open fireplace. The house has 4 double bedrooms - each with its own bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The living room opens onto a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a washing machine in the house.
