Villa Santa Cristina is a large beautiful house located in the hills between Lazio and Umbria in the municipality of Magliano Sabina 7 km from the town of the same name. From the villa you can see the valley below and the hills covered with vineyards and olive trees. Now and then a flock of sheep grazing on the surrounding lawns will pass by!
The villa is a detached house on two floors. If you want to rent the whole house, there is plenty of room for 16 people in both living rooms, and the kitchen is well equipped for both occasions. If you rent half the house, you should be willing to share the pool located in the garden, but otherwise you have your own part of the house all to yourself. The pool is 14 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 metres. About 100 metres from the house on the other side of the barely used road, you can also enjoy the farm's courtyard (can be used as a tennis court or a small football pitch).

The only difference is that the bathroom on the ground floor is equipped for disabled guests. The apartment Sveva's ground floor includes a kitchen with a large cooker, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a lounge with satellite TV and CD / DVD player and a fireplace, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The villa is equipped with central heating and internet connection (these services are available at an additional fee). Upon arrival you will find a "welcome basket" with milk, water, wine, oil, butter, bread, eggs, biscuits, salt, sugar, tea, coffee and jam, so you don't have to rush out immediately and do the shopping in town which is located approx. 7 km away.
