Number 124 Via di Monserrato houses three apartments: The owner's own, Appartamento Cherubino di Sotto on the first floor and this one on the second floor. All three are characterized by high quality and good taste. It is a quiet neighbourhood, and there is virtually no noise from the street.
The super romantic bedroom is in the attic under the sloping roof. It is best not to try to stand up in bed, but the ceiling is not so low that it would otherwise cause any problems to move around the room. The highly practical kitchen is in a small niche at one end of the large living room, and it's just been put there (we're talking about 2015); it has a nice stove with four ring gas hob and oven and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is also just refurbished and is very delicious.
The apartment is on two levels with the entrance on the second floor. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two people and an open brand new kitchen (2015) with a four burner stove, an oven and large fridge freezer, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a bedroom with a double bed in the attic.
Clean and neat apartment with a great location next to Camp Di Fiori. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace a lot. If there were something to point out as less good it would be that here were some lamps that didn't worked, defect coffee machine and very few kitchen facilities (wine glass, mugs etc) - something that should have been fixed very quickly, but we were in Italy and this is just small issues. Overall 8 wonderful days in Rome.
