This apartment is located in one of Rome's most authentic neighbourhoods, where surprisingly few tourists visit compared to similar areas such as Trastevere and Campo de 'Fiori. This is definitely to our advantage!
Here you have never far from a choice of good restaurants, cafes or shops and you have the metro quite close. It's fun to compare the districts and their atmosphere's; Piazza Madonna dei Monti is intimate, informal, popular and inexpensive, whereas Piazza Navona is just the opposite.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a stately building. It is very typical Italian, if one did not know better, you might think that you were entering into a normal Italian family's home. This is due to the mixture of fine art, neat parquet floors and furniture of varying tastes. The apartment has no air onditioning, but there are large ceiling fans in every room.
