Aurelia Residence was a great place for our family (12 people from 2-70).
The apartments were good, we stayed 6 in each apartment and it worked well.
The breakfast really good. Location okay.
Kind regards Anne Andersen
We just came home from a couple of lovely days in ROME, 2 teenage girls with grandparents. Had a big, lovely apartment with 2 gardens - and neighbour to St. Peter's Basilica.
We were prepared for noise from the train in the "backyard", which showed to be no problem, since it doesn't drive at night.
Aurelia Residence is a lovely well-functioning and nice and calm place.
We were seven adult plus a baby that stayed at Aurelia Residence in 3 nights from end of the October 2014. The apartment that we stayed in was nice and perfect for a larger group/family. The two bathrooms helped a lot! Kind and friendly staff and a great breakfast (even though Italian breakfast is always Italian with cakes and white bread). A really charming rooftop where we could enjoy our breakfast. Great location close to Vatican city.
In the apartment, Toscanini (E), that we stayed in, was two bedrooms for 2 pax each and tree beds in the living room. The kitchen was big enough to sit in and have cozy conversation if some wish to stay up and some wants to get some sleep.
The only minus with this place was that you could hear the neighbors.
Lovely place. A bit worn, but is located perfectly in the center of it all.
Be aware of the noise from the trains nearby and the main road.
