A bright and welcoming apartment

The apartment on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) was substantially renovated in the winter of 2012 - 2013. The result is very special. It is spacious and exceptionally light, with extremely tastefully furnished and with every comfort from wireless internet to air conditioning and satellite television, a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment's only weak point is the kitchen which is on the small side. However, the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the cosy living room come at a reasonable price and you can spend a bit on eating out instead of cooking large meals at home.

Exciting details

There are many details that are pleasing to the eye including the beautiful parquet floors and the ceilings in the living room with exposed beams. While one bedroom has a beautifully painted ceiling from the late 1800's and two large Chinese paintings in the living room.

- You come into the large living room where you will find a sofa, a dining table and an exit to the balcony through a pair of French doors which provide plenty of light. The living room leads again to the small separate kitchen (four ring gas hob, dishwasher, toaster and small refrigerator) and on to a bathroom with sink, a toilet and a washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed and exit to the balcony. To the other side of the living room we find another double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds- its walls are about 2½ metres tall with a sloping ceiling, and two bathrooms with a shower and WC. The apartment's balcony is about 8 metres long, but as it is only about 60 cm deep, can hardly sit on it, rather just stand here and enjoy the view over a glass of wine.
