Hotel Andreotti is one of the best 3 star hotels in Rome. It is located in a pleasant residential area near to many restaurants and is a 5 minute walk from Stazione Termini. It is within walking distance to the city's many attractions.
The Mariani family have owned the hotel for several generations and they take great pride in keeping everything in ship shape order. Renovations and improvements are ongoing. Also most of the staff are long-termers and part of the family which makes this one of the friendliest three-star hotels in Rome.

The hotel has a small reception area, a lobby, a lounge and bar, a breakfast room and one of Rome's ancient famous glass lifts. The hotel has a total of 3 floors, and as is so often the case in the ancient Roman palaces, they share a stairway and an elevator with the small pension Ligure, which is housed on the 4th and 5th floors. The total of approx. 50 rooms are really nicely decorated, and all have a telephone, satellite TV, a mini-bar, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower or bath, hairdryer and toiletries.
The hotel is located approx. 20 - 30 min's walk from The Spanish Steps and the rest of the centre which is why the hotel's prices are lower than those in the very centre. If you can live with a slightly longer journey to the centre, then Hotel Andreotti is indeed a bargain.
