Hotel Barocco is located right in the very heart of historic Roma, at 40 meters from the metro station of Barberini and looking out over Piazza Barberini. The name of the hotel is obviously derived from Rome’s baroque master Bernini. He is the founder of the iconic fountain at the Piazza Barberini. Hotel Barocco forms an excellent location to explore the city on foot. The major sights such as the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon are within ten minutes walking distance from Hotel Barocco. The Vatican and Colosseum are bit further away and its easy to get there by metro or by taxi. If you don’t mind walking through the eternal city, on foot it takes more than half an hour to reach both sights.
The Hotel Barocco can be best described as a refined hotel with a warm and intimate ambiance offering excellent service. As arrive at the hotel you will enter the intimate lobby where a warm staff member is happy to assist you with your check-in any further requests to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it is a guided tour, a transfer or if he need to make reservation for diner, he is both reception manager and concierge.
