Do not choose this apartment because of the warmth of it because there is frankly not much of that: the floors are tiled, the walls are bare, the furniture is simple with not many modern comforts ... but its greatest strength is by far the amazing roof terrace from where you have a 360 degree view. The price is also moderate and the location in a nice part of Trastevere is worth mentioning.

- The apartment is on three levels with an entrance on the 4th floor. At the entrance there is a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen (four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher), a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine and a through room. From the entrance you come via a spiral staircase up to an upper level where there is a small living room on two levels with a sofa bed for two people, and the spiral staircase up to the roof terrace. The apartment's last level is below the main entrance down a spiral staircase where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.
