- The very bright (and somewhat worn) apartment consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with access to a terrace and a bathroom with a shower, wc and bidet. Note that you must go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. From the lounge there is access to another terrace overlooking ... everything! The terrace is not great, or rather not very wide / deep, and the table is also quite small, but the view is breathtaking.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV and a washing machine. The space is well planned out and atmospheric with shelving and cabinets that are made to measure. A plus on this occasion is that the surroundings of Via degli Ibernesi are closed to traffic and the traffic noise from Rome is therefore hardly heard, but you can count on being able to hear pigeons and seaguls.
