Intimate atmosphere in real Italian style.
Go to the Fiori market for groceries every day, the good bakery Forno is only 50 meters aways, and the good local grocery store is in the parallel street.

With a two min.walk from Campo dei Fiori, there is no better location for the apartment. The apartment is a bit impersonal and does not contain what we call in Danish cosiness. A good idea would itself take a par candles to create a little atmosphere.
The roof terrace is very nice with good views of Rome, and a "narrow" view to Campo dei Fiori. The apartment is located on the third floor, and as a tenant you cannot use the elevator whether it is closed and only available for tenants / owners who have paid for it.
Instead of eating at Campo dei Fiori, it is highly recommended to go over the Ponte Sisto to Trastevere. In this neighborhood you can visit many restaurants. The restaurants on Campo de 'Fiori are actually too much "tourist" marked, and are better suited for a cup of coffee or a drink.
It takes about 10 minutes to Trastevere to go, and on the way there is the nearest supermarket - Coop - excellent, and is open most days until late.

The apartment was amazingly located, with a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Basically no view from the dining or living room. Fine with a toilet on the floor with the dining/living room. We knew, that there was stairs to the 3rd floor, where the entrance to the apartment is. But weren't aware, that it was very steep, twisty staircase from the living room the bedrooms, and definitely not that there was very twisty, steep stairs to the amazing roof terrace. It was difficult getting up there - especially with drinks or such. And - the apartment isn't good for the slightly walking impaired. We have lived in the apartments in Rome's centre a lot of times, you have to take the cleaning, as it is, but here the shower curtain was just so disgusting.

We were 2 couples, around 60, who enjoyed the central placement of the apartment. We are normal-weighted with good legs, which is needed for getting up the steep stairs and the narrow, spiral staircase up to the roof terrace. The kitchen was big and equipped with what you needed (Except sharp knifes). Normal coffee was made by heating water in the casserole, since there isn't a kettle or a coffee machine. The roof terrace was used extensively, despite the periodic smell of deep fat from others kitchens. The morning on the terrace was affected by the very nearby Campo di Fiori, where bottles were collected for the garbage trucks. Noise from the square wasn't a problem otherwise, since the apartment is on the 5th floor. Wifi was uncommonly slow and could only with difficulty, answer handle regular text-emails.
The air condition could handle the 32 degrees fine, but was turned off when you went out on the terrace, because of the noise.
We didn't use the room with the 5th bed (which was the room you had too pass through to get to the roof terrace), so 4 guests would be fitting.
Under 50 meters from the apartment lies a luggage-hotel, so you can have your luggage stored on the day you're going home. According to the locals, Rome's best baker and pizza baker (Antico Forno Roscioli) only lies 50 meters from the apartment as well. There's a big selection of places to eat in the area, so it is easy to avoid the obvious tourists traps. Price and quality seems better in the Trastevere area.
